Hi, I have Talitha Cloud born 1729 to Jeremiah Cloud and Ann Bailey. There may be some confusion as Jeremiah's parents were Jeremiah Cloud and Elizabeth Anne Bailey. Talitha married Isaac Lewis Cantrell. The two Bailey women were apparently not related. Elizabeth Bailey, was born 1667 in Wilshire, England. Ann Bailey was born 1691 in Pennsylvania. No apparent relation that I can find. I found, in a Cantrell family tree a marriage between Lewis Cantrell(Baptist minister) and Talitha Cloud. There was also a note(cannot be proven) that Talitha was a quaker and was disowned by marrying Cantrell. If Talitha were Jeremiah and Elizabeth's child, Jeremiah would have been 66 years old when Talitha was born, possible, but not very likely.
