Interesting. My Dad's brother was named William Tucker (Bill) Cloud and he was born in Arkansas in 1909! However, their father was named Joshua Wilson Cloud and I can't believe ANYONE would have ever labeled a photo of Bill as being W. T. Cloud, Jr. However, I will look into this further. I looked pretty closely at the photo, and I believe that it says J. F.
