She was born September 30, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio to Frank E. Dugan and Florence M. Sheehan Dugan. Ginny volunteered her time for 20 years at Santa Rosa Hospital. She adored cooking, and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, Frank E. and Florence M. Dugan; sisters, Ruthie DeCoursey and Dottie Reardon; brothers, Bob Dugan and Frank Dugan, Jr. of Kansas City. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Bruce B. Cloud, Sr.; son, Bruce B. Cloud, Jr. and wife, Vicky; daughters, Sheila M. Kiselis, Karen S. Cloud, Deborah A. McKenzie, Ginna Treadwell and husband, Fred; grandchildren, Tim Kiselis, M'lyssa Cloud, Becky and Guy Padilla, Jacob Cloud, Tammy Mixon and Katelyn Treadwell; great-grandchildren, Zachary and Hannah Padilla, Destany Mixon-Hernandez, Tatum Kiselis and Cory Davila; sister, Mrs. Jane Mayer and sister-in-law, Liz Dugan of Kansas City; sisters-in-law and spouses, Marguerite and Brig.
