Here is what I have posted there: "was born on April 9, 1824 in ? Mt. Meigs, Montgomery county, Alabama.346 birth date calculated from gravestone would be JUL 2 1826. But some show his birth date as April 29, 1825. He died on September 9, 1871 in Milam county, Texas. He was buried in September 1871 in Sandy Creek Cemetery, Rockdale, Milam county, Texas" ** note that the data posted there talks about a family dispute whether William Jasper was the son or the grandson of Jeremiah. That dispute has, in my opinion, been adequately settled.
