ORN Olive, There is a link to "Windows Update" -- it may be on your Desktop or in your Start folder (click the Start button on your task bar and ... look there ... if not there, click the 'Programs' link in that same 'Start' list and look there. They notify Microsoft and also publish what they found. Bad people read those publications and then work real fast to see if they can mess up your computer before Microsoft can issue a patch -- and before you install it. Tom
