Hi Folks: If you or a friend have been having problems the last couple of days signing on to AOL, you are they are most likely been using a Norton Security program that has been malfunctioning. An article on page D-2 in the Business Section of the Washington post newspaper for Saturday, explains how to go about temporarily deactivating the Norton program so that you can get in to AOL and the Internet, where you can then update the Norton program and restart your computer.
