If you have joined the dna project, let me encourage you to submit a gedcom to the database they maintain at http://ysearch.org This is to help you match up with other people to whom you may be related. They are only interested in your ancestry, and probably only in your paternal ancestry ... .... here's how I submitted mine -- 1 - Exported a gedcom of my ancestors only (eliminated all notes, sources, etc.) 2 - Created a new database and Imported that gedcom into it. 3 - Deleted my mother (to eliminate the maternal line). 4 - Exported the gedcom again. This now has only my father's ancestors. 5 - Then I imported the results from my dna tests to Ysearch.org (this is an automatic option you get when your results come back). 6 - Then I imported the gedcom I just made to Ysearch.org. .... if you've not joined the project, please cirrusly consider doing so. Also contact people who are not on this email group and tell them about it. We are interested in having anyone participate who is a direct male descendant of a Cloud surnamed person. IOW, the current surname does not have to be Cloud. This invitation includes Native American Clouds as well.
