Any male who suspects their paternal ancestry is through the Cloud line is welcome to join. Anyone else should hopefully be able to connect somewhere through the large database family tree dna is keeping. That is why I wrote encouraging the project participants submit their data to the Ysearch.org database. Female lines can be used, but isn't recommended, as it is quite costly. Don't misunderstand and think I am an expert on this. I'm not. I recommend youu go to http://www.ftdna.com and read what they say about it. Bottom line -- your nephew should not join the Cloud project as it would do neither him or us any good. Tom Cloud
