This was found on Rootsweb. Can someone on this mail list elaborate? "Jean Pierre BONDURANT, b. 1700, came to Virginia from London in 1700 with other Huguenot refugees. Among those on the same ship was a person whose surname was given as CLAUD. A few generations later in my line Richard Bondurant b. 1768 married Elizabeth CLOUD, b. 1765, NC. So far I have been unable to identify her parents or siblings. Does anyone on the list recognize Elizabeth? Can anyone tell me if CLAUD could be a form of CLOUD?" Ray Shirley rshirley@icx.net
