Where I am well aware of the importance of documentation there are many of us out here who pray for any source....... just to have a new point to start searching from. For instance, I have spent the last 4 years trying to find information about my great grandfather. Considering there's only ONE great...... you would think that information would be easy to find. NOT the case. I used to tease my Dad that his grandfather was beamed down from a UFO in New Castle Co. Delaware and took a common local name. In four years the only headway I've made is that John H. Cloud's father was probably Nathaniel and his mother Elizabeth. John was born about 1854/56, Nathaniel about 1830. John married Anna Elizabeth Chandler somewhere around 1884. Frustrating to say the least. Therefore I am one of those crazy people who don't particularly care at this point whether info received is documented or not....... ANY clue is more than welcome...
