Entering marriage certificates and after linking the two individuals: 1. Do you enter the name (s) as shown on the certificate (this would also apply to DC’s and BC’s) or the person’s “real” and “full” given name? 2. In the remarks section should you enter the same information for both parties? Example: For my father-in-law every document, BC, DC, SSN, etc. state his name as Clyde C. Hooper and this is the way he signed his name for anything his whole life. I do know his name is Joseph Clyde Hooper but hardly anyone knows this.
