I spent hours today on Clooz importing my database from Legacy and experimenting with entering sources, documents, and then linking people to the documents. I read and reread the manual and used the help (F1) and haven't been able to find the answers to these questions. I am using Clooz 1.22. What's the difference between a source and a document? I entered a death certificate as a document and then was surprised to see that much of the same information was needed on the source screen. I linked four people to the document I entered. When I do a print preview from the document screen that shows all four of those people, none of the people are shown in the print preview. Their IDs are there but no other information. When I print the report from the top drop down menu, (Clooz Documents report), the name and date fields don't print (Event, ID, and File# do print) How do I delete old/bad path names that show up on the initial Clooz screen (select or create database)? These resulted from errors I made when I tried to install my first database. On the initial Clooz screen (select or create database) is there a way for my database to come up first instead of the sample.mdb so I don't have to do the extra clicking to select the one I want?
