I am using the stand alone version 1.2 and I am trying to enter census records using Personal File Numbers such as: Buck CenA 001 Buck CenA 002 Buck CenA 003 etc I've typed in some errors and would like to edit one of the Personal File numbers such as changing the error of Buck Cen 001 to Buck CenA 001. I would also like to delete a census record but can't. Am I using a procedure that is completely improper ? Dave Flower
