Hi. I am entering data collected for some years prior to using Clooz -- big catch-up operation. Where I collected neighbors in the census (alas, didn't start doing this at the outset), I enter them in the notes field. The households whose neighbors I noted are usually those where I am trying to identify their relatives. If the neighbors are known family, I enter them as individuals. I would say it is also a function of how many people I have to enter in a given census report. For some of them the report runs to 4, 5, 6 pages -- likely to run out of patience there before I get to the neighbors! Have not dealt with neighbors at all in city directories.
