A source is where you obtained the information from. It's format is bibliographic, to fit the format for books. For a death certificate, you'd just use the fields that you need, to record where you obtained the death certificate from (i.e. the clerk of court's office). This is not duplicate information asked for on the document template. > > I linked four people to the document I entered. > When I do a print preview from the document screen that shows all four of > those people, none of the people are shown in the print preview. When I print the report from the top drop > down menu, (Clooz Documents report), the name and date fields don't print > (Event, ID, and File# do print) You need to enter details for each person in order for the information to appear on the reports. You click on the details button next to each person's name that you've linked and put in the details about that person in that document. This is discussed in the Clooz Manual and in the video. > > How do I delete old/bad path names that show up on the initial Clooz screen > (select or create database)? These resulted from errors I made when I tried > to install my first database. You delete these path names using Edit Lists. This is discussed on pages 42 and 43 of the manual, with an example for deleting path names. In this case, you'd select Databases as the choice to edit. > > On the initial Clooz screen (select or create database) is there a way for my > database to come up first instead of the sample.mdb so I don't have to do the > extra clicking to select the one I want? You'll need to delete the sample database path as described above.. The databases appear in the dropdown list in the order that you enter them. This is a temporary e-mail address.
