Hi all, I have just started using Clooz and I do like it. However, I attempted to import from Family Tree Maker and all it did was tell me that the import function was not successful. It didn't tell me what the problem was so I don't know what to do differently. I'm not sure if it is something I'm doing wrong or if the program still thinks I'm using the Clooz Demo version even though I've paid for the download version(and followed all the steps for installing it). Has anyone else had this same problem? So, for now, I'm inputting individuals in a little at a time from one of my small databases. I wish there was a lot simpler way to input people into the Clooz program. - Sue -
