Sorry, but I don't recall you reporting this. However, in the Clooz manual there are specific instructions and the manual tells people not to use commas, for example, to separate Jr. and Sr. from a name. It also says to eliminate quotation marks. It's impossible to account for every situation that someone will use to enter data into a genealogy program. For 99 percent of the people, the Legacy import works fine. For those it doesn't work fine for, I'm here with free customer technical support to help. (Although I leave for Ireland tomorrow and will be checking my e-mail sporadically while I'm gone. I'll be back in the office 24 Sept with jet lag).
