When I first released Clooz, the manual was printed. Then I went to a manual that was included on the CD only. That's the way it has been for several years. The manual has come on the CD since about version 1.1. It's on the CD you have now. I came out again with a printed manual earlier this year that is sold separately for those who like to have a printed manual. But there has always been a manual with Clooz. >Check to >see if it is there. If not, go to http://www.ancestordetective.com/kbsa.htm >and >download it. The new site, www.clooz.com, was created after the manual was printed. More importantly, for those who get the unhelpful message "Import function was unsuccessful", there's a solution at http://www.clooz.com/kbsa.htm#62. The error message is "Import Function was not successful". If the solution there doesn't work, just send me an e-mail and I'll do everything I can to get you going in Clooz. Technical Support is and always has been free, but you gotta ask! I've been able to help everyone that has asked. The good news is that my programmer and I are working hard to get a GEDCOM feature into Clooz for the next release. I know that the Clooz import routine is terrible and I'm working to fix it. Please be patient as we try to correct the problem. If you're having difficulties, just let me know and I'll try to help.
