I understand that Clooz is licensed to a single user rather than a single computer. How do you keep your databases on your desktop and laptop synchronized? Can you just copy the entire Clooz folder from one computer to another? Emily

Emily, if you mean the whole Clooz 2.0 folder where the program is stored, don't do that. You should put your data in a separate folder and then you could copy just that folder. Synchronizing is one of the reasons that the last updated line was added to each template. If you can't remember which one is most current, try to remember what you added last and go in and look at the date on the template and you should be able to tell easily. You can also look at the file date in Windows Explorer, but that can be dangerous because just opening a Clooz database changes that date.
