Barbara- What I find most helpful is to use print screen when I have the area I want enlarged. With that printed, I can save and print the original while I am entering the data. I also enter all the data text style into the description area first. Then I can arrange the screen so I can see it while I enter it into Clooz. Then I copy it and paste it into my genealogy program where I can see it as I enter what I need there. jane
