Support is only for registers users, I had to download this program 3 times before I found something that mentions you need Access to make it work, I already learned from other programs that buying before using is a big mistake. She should not have this program up till the errors are out of it. I have also learned I'm not the only with errors on getting pass the first page.

    3. It works fine for me and I do not have Access. Liz puts out a fine product - I had used the original version of Clooz and its update for years.     3. Lisa, you do not require Microsoft Access to use Clooz. I'm not sure why you think that. Access has not been required for using the program since about 1998. I'm getting e-mails, but haven't gotten any from you. If you're having trouble, you need to contact me directly. I don't hide from anyone.
