The serial number is on a white label on the shrinkwrap. Perhaps you threw that away without realizing it. I answered your e-mail this morning. I was in Dallas from Thursday-Sunday for a GenTech conference. I'm the only person in my company and I didn't get a chance to check my e-mail while I was gone. The computer does not think Clooz is installed as you can't install it without the serial number. When I answered you, I told you that you need the serial number that is on the shrinkwrap. If you threw it away and can't retrieve it, I'll need you to register your software with me so I can give you a new serial number. You didn't include your name in the e-mail, so I can't check to see if you bought it from me. If you didn't, you can fax your receipt to me at 734-354-6442 and then I can give you a new serial number.
