Just received my copy of Clooz. Unfortunately when I install, it first asks for the serial number [on the back of the jewel case] and then the password. Neither of these things are mentioned anywhere I can find, not on the CD, not on the jewel case, not on my order paperwork and not in the manual. So now the computer thinks Clooz is installed but the icon is not up, nothing I click on will bring up the program and putting the installation CD back in only prompts another request for the elusive password. I have sent two emails to Clooz support with no replies. Should I uninstall the whole thing? Should I send it all back and request a refund? Help!
