Hello I had a problem with my computer and lost my info, however I did have some backup. My question, my file on a zip drive with the extension .mdb, I open it with Clooz, but then there is no info when it is done loading. Where did my info go? Maria

Make sure that you are selecting the right database. If you have the wrong path to the database, Clooz will just create a new database with the same name and it will be empty. Copy your database over from your zip disk and put it where you want it to be. In Clooz, click on the open folder icon on the Select or Create a Database screen. Change folders to where you stored the file and once you find that file, double click on it and click Select. Your data should be there, if there's data in the file.
