Currently my problem is that doing "Search" on "Given Name" works like greased lightning. Search on "Surname" or "ID" doesn't get me anywhere even though I follow the same simple steps. Has any one else had or is anyone else having the same difficulty? -- frank g. higgins [email protected]

They both work about the same for me as long as I don't include a given name that doesn't match. If I happen to include a given name that's not in the list, it won't go to the closest name tho I wish it would, and it won't let me exit through the door icon. ----- Original Message ----- From: Frank G.
