The primary objective of Clooz is to record and locate the document when you need it. So, the document you mention with many surnames on it should have just one personal file #. All the surnames on that one document should be linked to the personal file # given to the document. Then at any time, a list of all the many documents in your cabinet file showing a particular surname can be viewed by clicking the appropriate icon in the "peoples" window. Hope this helps.
