Ron - I was able to create a new, blank database in Access 2000 then link to the clooz database I had created for my family. After doing that, you would be able to create whatever reports you wanted. It would be important to link the tables rather than copy them, however, as you would want to be able to create and run reports from current tables. Access is a very expensive program. I am not certain if the database provided with MS Works would be sufficient to the task - does anyone else know? I am not totally satisfied with printing the standard reports because most of them are too elaborate for my use and take too much paper. However, they are find for looking up information on the screen. Also, I would like to be able to chose which fields to print and how to sort them. If the Access Version does provide these options, I need to consider purchasing Access and that version of Clooz. > > Any advice would be appreciated. > > Ron Adams > > Neighbor to Historical Fort Atkinson that overlooks the Missouri River Valley from Nebraska. > > ============================== > Add as many as 10 Good Years To Your Life > If you know how to reduce these risks. > http://www.thirdage.com/health/wecare/hearthealth/index.html
Gail & Ron I have been able to create reports using the existing Clooz database without linking to a blank database. Just use the Clooz database as you would any other and create reports.
