Kay, Click as I might, often and everywhere, they don't come back. But since you say it works, and since I'm have a very difficult and unstable time with Win98 at present, I'm not going to pursue the issue until I reformat the HD. I am interested in hearing any ideas for a numbering system. I started with B, M, D, but soon realized the need for Burial and Obit. This is where I'm at now, the word or letter followed by a four digit number starting with 0001..... Any suggestion on how to treat a newspaper article that is reporting an event that includes a death. It's not an obit, but should I treat it as such for simplicities sake? I have several, like "Well accident kills......", or "Heavy Storms Turn Streets into Rivers" and deep in the article is a listing of fatalities. Patrick, It's really just a matter of what you're most comfortable with. I personally use Obit0001, Obit0002, etc. for obituaries and News0001, News0002, etc. for any other newspaper articles. But if I had a large number of another type of newspaper article such as marriage announcements, I might start a new heading just for them. It's really not important what you call anything as long as you consistently enter the name in Clooz and physically file them away with the same name. Hope this helps, Mike Dickson Patrick Dunphy wrote: > Kay, > > Click as I might, often and everywhere, they don't come back.
