Jerry I am a new user of Clooz, but have put in about 150 records so far. This is what I am using, seems to work well for me. Under documents: Birth 001 Birth 002 etc. I made my births into 3 area, the Birth 001 are the real birth certificated, then I made two other sections. This way I know which one's I have received the actual birth documents. Birth Announcement 001 Birth Index 001 Baptism 001 Baptism 002 etc. Death 001 Death 002 etc. You need to put a name before the numbers, the program will not take just a number. On the census I did as the creator of the program suggested. KS 001 for Kansas KS 002 MN 001 for Minnesota MN 002 under the directories, Dir 001 Dir 002 etc I am not going to use the photo section, at least not for now, as I already have a system set up for the pictures.
