Pat, I also use Family Tree Maker, but I'm not clear on what you mean by FORMS. When I uploaded my names into Clooz, I didn't include everyone. I only included people from my parents back to get me started. As I needed to add anyone else, I just use the Personal ID from my FTM file and put that number on any new person I added to Clooz in the Alt ID. When I set up clooz the first time, I had to work out the bugs, just like anyone else. I started out the way the Manual stated and didn't like the way it duplicated info on the main sheets. That is when I started playing with a couple of people to get it the way I wanted it. It took time, but I feel that I now have it the way I want it. As far as dates, I'm not sure if you mean the birth, marriage, death dates or not. Once I uploaded all of my people, it uploaded the dates from my FTM file. These dates only show up on the PEOPLE list. When you enter the Documents, the first page will list the date of the document that you enter when you assign it a PERSONAL FILE #. I will tell you that in entering my documents, as I attached the people, I found mistakes in my FTM file. I haven't changed my FTM file at all. When I get thru entering my papers into CLOOZ, I will print out all of these reports and CONFIRM the data and at that time, I will change any problems in FTM. Clooz, sure has helped me find these errors easier than going thru my FTM file. If I haven't answered your problem, send me more info and I will try to help you figure out the process in changing your Clooz file. I will tell you that there isn't an easy way, at least none that I have found. What I do is cut & paste the document info that I put in the Remarks area, but then I use the document to enter all of the info above on the additional people that I attach to that document. You can change the PERSONAL # name without any cutting and pasting. You would go to the Clooz Document screen and double click on the one that you want and then on the Document screen, you can change it to what you want, and then attach the people that you want. I know this sound like alot of work, but it doesn't take as long as you might think. I hope I haven't been too wordy and I hope you understand what I am trying to say, but if not, feel free to let me know and I will help in anyway I can. Cathy
