I had the same problem. Here's what I did: I solved the report export problem by going to the Setup subdirectory under Clooz and running setup.exe. When I was prompted to insert the CD-ROM, I clicked on "CANCEL." Then I got a prompt saying I could still run setup without those files, and I clicked OK. That seemed to fix that problem, though I still have another: Error 2160 - Clooz couldn't create the graphic or text. An error occurred while initializing the Print method or one of the report graphics methods (Circle, Line, PSet, Scale). As always, be sure to back up your data before trying anything.
