If you're using version 1.2 and haven't yet downloaded the patch, you need to (it's at http://www.ancestordetective.com/patch.htm). The archive function was fixed in that version. If you're using version 1.21, then e-mail me privately and I'll work with you on finding out what's wrong. You can tell which version of Clooz you have by clicking on Help/About Clooz. Clooz doesn't delete databases or entries from your database unless you tell it to. There is no capability within the program for doing this without your direction.
