Hello List, I'm looking for ideas. PROBLEM: I'm willing to change my present system to accommodate the filing principles in Clooz with an exception. I have a genealogy correspondence folder for each significant contributor. There are just a few but I am not willing to split the documents into their appropriate document folder/binder. These folders contain all types of documents. The quality of some data may be worthless while some is priceless. However, once it is scattered I would be unable to review it as a whole, to see if a subtle piece of information was overlooked. PROPOSED SOLUTION: I will record the documents in these folders and assign the appropriate Personal File #, record the number on the document, include the name of this folder somewhere in the detail form, and then return the document to the folder in alfa-numerical order. At the same time, I will create a cross-reference card that will be inserted where it belongs in the appropriate folder/binder. (At this time I am not positive if there is a place to record the folder name in all the detail forms) Any ideas would be appreciated. Ron Adams
