Liz & Karen, Thanks for the prompt replies! Now I can continue planning a numbering and filing system that fits within Clooz's parameters. However, the point I was trying to make in Question 3 is, is there a way to make "multiple selections" for a report as is implied in the manual? I take it the answer is "no" if you are using the stand-alone version of Clooz.. In regards to the manual, I would like to compliment those who developed and designed the layout. I found the content easy to read because of all the open space and illustrations. The manual is well worth the time and material to print out a copy. It sits right next to my computer as I plan and work with Clooz. I'm looking forward to getting started and I appreciate the tips and ideas I see on this list. Ron Adams
