Hi Lillian. How about sharing some of your queries, for those of us who are not too Access savvy? I think you would find a lot of greatful people!! Thus far I'm only using the documents, but I have been able to go into Access and develop a Query using several of the tables. By doing this I have been able to develop a report that gives me the PRN and report name, and some other items that I wanted. Since I'm using TMG (The Master Genealogist) I don't want to duplicate efforts, and thus I put the bare minimum amount of info into Clooz. I can do my research in TMG, but am using Clooz for what it is advertised as--an electronic filing system. Once I developed an Access query table that includes the items I want, I also discovered that I can instantly find an item (even if it's only one word in a source title) by using the Access binoculars.
