Hi, I am a new to Clooz and am having a problem importing my database. I've followed the instructions to the letter but keep getting the import unsuccessful. My gen program is Family Origins. I would like to know what I need to do and possibly what characters Clooz doesn't recognize for import. Thanks, Janet Johnson
