Or, is this the full extent of it? I responded to your e-mail of 17 November on 21 November. I was out of town, which is the only reason for the delay. Apparently you didn't get my response? I hit reply to your e-mail address. You get support just like you did and I responded as soon as I could. I always answer e-mails as quickly as I can get to them. >I was successful in exporting out of TMG into an excel sheet using the comma >delimited File Type. Page 25 of the Manual says the headings should be: PersonID,Surname,Given,BirthYear,DeathYear You have "PersonalID", which won't work. Also, the error message is very helpful. You need to look at the ID number that it gives you and somewhere in that line or one immediately adjacent to it, you have too many or too few commas. You must have the same amount of commas in every line, and the number needs to equal the number of commas in the first row with the field names. This is a very helpful error message as it points you right to the line with the problem. I'm sorry you have had trouble reaching me. I'm one of one in my business and try to be as responsive as possible. I answered your e-mail and don't know why you didn't get it.
