    3. Jim, I'm not sure about Word 6.0 as I use 7.0 but, go to edit, replace, where it asks "find what", put your cursor in the box and just hit the space bar. Then in the box below, it asks "replace with", put your cursor in the box and put , in the box. Then click the button "replace all". It should replace all the spaces with comas. I use PAF and that is how I did it when I imported my names to Clooz. This is assuming Word 6.0 works the same or similar to 7.0.
