In the instructions for "Exporting People from PAF" is says: "After the file is created, you can open it with a word processor to add or replace the field names with those defined above under Importing People. Use Search and Replace to remove the extra spaces. Make sure there are commas between each field on each line of your data." That is where I am - stuck. I don't know how to use MS WORD 6.0 to remove just the selected spaces or insert commas between the fields. Can anybody "hold my hand" Thanks, Jim
