Having recently purchased Clooz, I am not familiar with all its terminology. I have not been able to import my list of people from The Master Genealogist and have sent tech support two emails, over a two week time, and have had no response from them. How does one get support? Or, is this the full extent of it? I was successful in exporting out of TMG into an excel sheet using the comma delimited File Type. I then made what I thought were the correct headings ie: PersonalID,Surname,Given,BirthYear,DeathYear. (TMG has not marriage year export). It will not import--tells me my ID # are not numerical after 563--I have checked, rechecked all 2217 of them and they all appear the same as the first 562. Then it spouts another error message.
