Has there been a further update? I received this update many months ago and when installed erased my database of names already, through much agony, installed. I tried several times to reinstall with advice from many on this list, but to no avail. Because of other committments and so forth, I am just getting back to resolving this problem, which I note seems to be a major problem for many Clooz users. I have TMG, version 4x, gold edition. The directions in the Clooz manual do NOT work for transferring names, etc to Clooz. Since I continually see that others often have this same problem, would it not be prudent to print updated and accurate directions for transferring names into Clooz? Thank you very much.
