    3. Thanks for the try Jerry. WORD 6.0 & 7.0 work the same way for "find & replace". But many problems. If I find a blank space, and replace with , that will also replace blank spaces between 1st & 2nd names, as well as between dates i.e., day, month, year. At the end of name fields, sometimes there are no spaces, sometimes 2-20 spaces depending on length of names, in case of 20 spaces between end of given name and birth date, you get about 20 commas instead of 20 spaces. Maybe I've missed something. It would be nice if PAF 2.2 would allow me to add punctuation to those special reports / lists. If anybody has any other thoughts - I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jerry Holland" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, November 26, 2000 3:00 PM Subject: Re: [Clooz] Importing names > Jim, > > I'm not sure about Word 6.0 as I use 7.0 but, go to edit, replace, where it > asks "find what", put your cursor in the box and just hit the space bar. > Then in the box below, it asks "replace with", put your cursor in the box > and put , in the box.
