<<The Clooz Document beyond the original doesn't have to have the templates filled out completely. Just the Document ID with suffix, and the digital address that you wish to record. I wouldn't attach people etc. The Master Document ID template handles that. The additional Clooz document ID's are just to find either the digital file on your computer or in your paper file system.>> OK, I've got it now. I was assuming I would need to fill out all the boxes. That would be easy. I've just been messing around with an alternate way of doing it. I have the program PaperPort. You can easily move files around and rename in the program. You can have any kind of document or photo file. Then you can convert each to a "PaperPort" document. Once you have it as a Paperport document, you can stack them and convert the whole stack to a pdf file. Then I saved the pdf folder where I'm putting the files for linking to Clooz. I'm just now comparing the image quality and I can't see that it's not as good. Patti
