I have thought of another way of doing it. I have OpenOffice and in that there is a draw program. I could add the graphics files to a drawing document and also copy and paste the transcription. Then I could add the links to the graphics files (since you wouldn't be able to zoom in, etc. on those within the document and they probably wouldn't be able to be as large of files).
