    3. In order to get Legacy data into Clooz (people, sources, anything), Legacy does not need to **write to** Clooz. Clooz can **read from** Legacy. You don't need Millenia's involvement at all. 1. [Clooz] Entering people in Clooz & Legacy -- What about FTM?

    3. There's been a lot of conversation about getting Clooz 2 and Legacy to play nice together. How does Clooz 2 integrate with FTM? I am currently using Clooz 1.23 and FTM 2006. After manually importing my FTM database into Clooz, there is no further interaction between the two programs. I have to enter documents and new people twice. I have found Clooz to be very beneficial for census records and city directories which are likely to have several individuals linked to them, but just extra work for documents linked to only one person. What are the upgrade benefits for FTM users? Judy in Ocala

    3. Will Clooz ever be read from FTM or RootsMagic? Thanks, dee --- Markie wrote: > In order to get Legacy data into Clooz (people, > sources, anything), > Legacy does not need to **write to** Clooz. Clooz > can **read from** > Legacy. 3. It's not in the plans at the moment. It's very complicated and updates to those programs hamper production. 3. That's not true. Clooz writes to Legacy and Clooz databases. Legacy writes to Legacy databases only. If you want to write people to Legacy and Clooz simultaneously, the only way to do that currently is to add them to Clooz. Legacy doesn't add people to the Clooz database, which is separate. I really do know what I'm talking about, Margaret.
