    1. Using Clooz as a stand alone with FTM

    3. In response to Kate's question - I use Clooz as a stand alone as a companion to FTM. I have used FTM for about 15 yrs and have used Clooz for about 5. I do not have any problems with this. I initially transferred my people from FTM to Clooz several years ago and now add new people as they come up. I add them in FTM then switch over to Clooz and record the documents adding the new people. The initial transfer matched the reference # in FTM to the people ID in Clooz - now I use the alternate ID in Clooz for the ref # in FTM for new people. I also try to remember to enter the Clooz document # in FTM as I'm doing it. Hope this helps Cheryl

    3. I also use Clooz as a stand alone document management companion to FTM for about the same time periods as Cheryl and basically in the same manner. I reference the Clooz Document ID in FTM and can easily find the document for reference in the file cabinet when necessary.
