Debbie, customer support for Clooz is free. The list would not know how to help you, especially since Clooz 2 is so new. Additionally, you didn't give any of the error messages you received so even I can't help you. Please reply to me off list and give me the error messages you're receiving and the step by step process that you are taking to try to make a Clooz file.
