    3. I'm thinking of filing two like documents i.e. (single sheet death certificates for two different people) back to back in the same plastic sleeve numbering them Death 001A and Death 001B. Does anyone see a potential problem in doing this? Elise Morris

    3. Elise, That's what we do except we give them separate numbers - Death 001 and Death 002. But , we do put two documents in the same sleeve. We use the A, B, etc. suffix when we have several related document - for instance, a letter and its envelope. But whatever works for you is fine - what's important is that you do it consistently the same way. Hope this helps, Mike Dickson ----- Original Message ----- From: "Elise Morris" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, May 05, 2001 1:49 PM Subject: [Clooz] Filing for notebooks > I'm thinking of filing two like documents i.e. (single sheet death certificates for two different > people) back to back in the same plastic sleeve numbering them Death 001A and Death 001B. > > Does anyone see a potential problem in doing this? > > Elise Morris > > > ============================== > Shop Ancestry - Everything you need to Discover, Preserve & Celebrate > your heritage! > http://shop.myfamily.com/ancestrycatalog >
