I need some help, please- I just printed a 25 page list containing all the census records that I have entered in Clooz todate. Although all Census Personal File #s contain the same number of digits, they don't all print the figure on the farthest right column, making it impossible for me to know which of ten possible filings contains that census. Within the Clooz program as I scroll down the census list of personal file #s, some of those same right column #s show up at least partially and some are totally hidden. Before printing the list, I adjusted the side margins to provide ample room for several more columns, but to no avail. For writing this e-mail, I am using a different font, but the general idea is the same -- some letters take up more space than others. CA, IL, and numerous others printed fine, but not one of my many MA and VA #s included the right most digit. CA-Sa-1870-003 IL-Pi-1870-008 MA-Wo-1870-002 VA-Wy-1850-014 I want to be able to continue filing counties and years together in my binders. If there is some way I can adjust the width in clooz, I'd sure appreciate receiving detailed instructions. - kay thesarge
