This probably indicates that you're trying to put data into the wrong fields. Without seeing the file, I can't tell exactly where the problem lies. Have you tried the suggestion on the Clooz Knowledge Base page, using Legacy? Go to http://www.clooz.com/kbsa.htm#Import for instructions. If you don't want to keep Legacy after using it for this process, just uninstall it. Legacy makes the Clooz import a breeze.
